SPONSOR a TEAM

The Tigard High School Tech Team provides students with the resources to thrive and succeed, removing all financial barriers by never charging participation fees. However, it costs approximately $2,500 to support each of our four FIRST teams and about $200 to support our Game Dev team. These expenses include parts, registrations, team uniforms, competition fields, travel, and other related costs. Since we don’t receive funding from participation fees or the school district, we rely on community partners to fund our program. There are many benefits to becoming a sponsor of our Robotics or Game Design teams.

We highly value our sponsors and want to recognize your support. For all our sponsors, we will display your logo on our team trifold at competitions and outreach events, social media accounts, and branding on our uniforms for more significant donations. We participate in at least five competitions each year, attended by 300-400 people from across the state. This reach increases exponentially if one of our teams progresses to the National competition.

First Tech Challenge isn’t just about competition. Our team engages in community outreach events where we share our robot and experiences with younger community members to inspire their futures. As part of our outreach efforts, we regularly visit elementary schools to showcase the exciting capabilities of our robots. Your sponsorship aligns your company with our commitment to inspiring young minds and fostering interest in STEM education.

Your logo will be printed on the team uniforms of all four FTC teams (part of your donation covers the cost of printing your logo)

Second-tier sponsorship:

Donations under $700

FTC Robotics Teams will recognize sponsor support on a sponsor board in the competition pits at all team events

Goodwill for helping us to provide the Tigard Tech Team free of charge to all students, regardless of their family’s financial status
