Tigard High School Technology Team
- Welcome to Tigard High's
- Technology Team
- The Tigard High School Technology Team is the largest and most diverse technology team in the state of Oregon. The team encompasses many areas of technology, including programming, robotics, and information technology, and currently consists of over seventy-five team members.
- The robotics section of our team is the largest portion, and consists of four FTC teams (4097, 3965, 3058 and 750), an FRC team (3192) and nine SeaPerch teams (underwater robots). The FRC and FTC teams work extremely hard each year to build a machine that will perform the task set before them by FIRST, and the students on these teams dedicate hours of their time to the project.

- The Technology Team also participates in several programming challenges as well. Each year, as many as three Oregon Game Project Challenge teams build and present games at Chemeketa Community College in April. We have also sent teams to participate in the Willamette University Programming Challenge.
- Tigard High School also has an extensive Information Technology department, which has succeeded in awarding thirty-four professional certifications to students at the school, which qualifies them to work in many high-paying positions before they have even graduated from high school.
